Job/Role Overview:  FBD Hotels invite applications for the General Manager role with Faithlegg House Hotel.

Key Responsibilities: A luxury 4 Star property in the south east is looking to recruit a General Manager to lead the team and take full responsibility for the property incorporating: hotel, golf club and holiday homes.
Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

o   Extensive experience of the Irish market at 4/5 star level essential
o   Pro active approach to sales and marketing
o   Capable of leading a team and maintaining standards
o   Fully integrated resort property experience an advantage
o   Good financial acumen and experience necessary
o   Some web marketing exposure an advantage
o   Conference and Banqueting experience necessary
