Carolyn O'Hara

Carolyn O’Hara has over 30 years insurance industry experience in both the life and non-life insurance sectors. Carolyn holds a number of qualifications in insurance and HR as well as a Master’s in Business from University College Dublin.

Prior to joining FBD in 2012, Carolyn spent 14 years working with Aviva in a number of management roles and also previously worked with Allianz. Carolyn moved to her current role as Chief HR Officer in 2018 having previously held the role as Head of Sales in FBD Branch Network.
